Refund and Returns Policy

At Curated, every piece is made-to-order with precision and care. As a result, our returns and refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of the customization process while also ensuring customer satisfaction in the rare case of a problem.

Can I return a product?

Because all items are made-to-order based on your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of

mind, incorrect selection, or measurement errors.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching the selected specifications, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@curated-mena.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, the production process begins, and changes may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure all customization choices (dimensions, materials, colors) are correct before placing your order.
  • Curated reserves the right to decline returns or refunds for issues not reported within the 48-hour window after delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors.
