About Us
Where are the Curated products made?
All of our products are manufactured locally, in Lebanon. We work with a network of emerging and established designers with whom we constantly develop our designs until we are fully satisfied with every detail. To ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, we only work with trusted factories with which we have built our professional collaboration.
Customization Process
How does customization work?
Each product comes with built-in customization tools that let you adjust dimensions, materials, finishes, and colors. A live preview helps you visualize the final design before placing your order.
Can I request something that’s not in the options?
This option is not available now. To maintain quality and consistency, all customizations must be made using the available options listed on the product page.
Do I need to be a designer to use Curated?
No! Curated is designed for everyone. Our interface is intuitive and easy to use so you can create furniture that fits your space and style perfectly, no design background needed.
What measurement system do you use?
All dimensions and wights are in the metric system.
The product dimensions are in cm.
Ordering & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the customization and your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive updates by email and through your account dashboard at each stage of production and delivery.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Lebanon only, with plans to expand to the MENA region soon.
Payment & Pricing
How do I pay?
Payments can be made securely by credit or debit card through our platform at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of taxes and delivery fees?
Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are calculated and added at checkout based on your location and order size. Express delivery options may be available at an additional cost and will be shown at checkout.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a customized item?
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or does not match your selected specifications.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange for a repair or replacement.
What if I made a mistake in my customization?
If you made a mistake during the purchasing process, your order can be modified as long as it hasn’t entered production. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible. To request a modification, please contact us as soon as possible at info@curated-mena.com.
Does Curated furniture come with a product warranty?
Our products come with a 2-year warranty starting from the day you received the product.You should therefore always keep your sales receipts and delivery statements. Please read our full terms and conditions for our 2-year limited Warranty. Read our terms of service here.
