These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Curated website, as well as any transactions made through our platform. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Products and Customization
All products offered on Curated are made-to-order and personalized according to the specifications selected at checkout. Once an order enters production, typically 24 hours after confirmation, it can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded unless it is found to be damaged or incorrect at delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that while we strive for accuracy in product images and previews, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in screen displays and material characteristics.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in USD and include any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery address and order size. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase via credit or debit card. We currently do not accept cash or offer installment plans.
Shipping and Delivery
Once confirmed, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of customization and the customer’s location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or national holidays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Any additional fees resulting from failed deliveries or address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or mistaken selections. In cases where an item arrives damaged or does not reflect the chosen specifications, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and a description of the issue. The process of repairing or exchanging the item will be initiated and the customer will be notified.
User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the ordering process and when creating an account. It is your responsibility to carefully review all customization details, dimensions, and materials before confirming your order. Any attempt to misuse the platform, resell products without authorization, or misrepresent identity will result in appropriate action, including cancellation of services.
Intellectual Property
All content found on the Curated website, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, brand elements, and underlying technologies, is the intellectual property of Curated or its partners. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or adapt any of this content without prior written consent from Curated.
Limitation of Liability
Curated shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, platform, or services. While we aim to maintain continuous service, we do not always guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or error-free operation.
Changes to Terms
Curated reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
