At Curated, we take great care in delivering your customized furniture safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping process, coverage, timelines, fees, and more.

Where We Ship

We currently offer delivery across Lebanon only.

We are working on expanding to the MENA region soon so stay tuned!

Delivery Timeline

Here’s how it works: you order → we process → we produce → we ship → you receive your order

All Curated pieces are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, standard processing takes 24 hours

before moving the order to production then delivery. You can expect delivery within:

  • 1 to 3 weeks for most items
  • You’ll receive email updates at every stage: confirmation, production, quality check, and shipping

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard delivery fees apply for all orders within Lebanon.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions! make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

What to Expect at Delivery

Your furniture will be delivered by our logistics partner and placed in the room of your choice.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date.
  • Upon delivery, inspect your items carefully. If there is any visible damage or issue, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@curated-mena.com.

Assembly

  • Most items arrive fully assembled or require minimal assembly.
  • If assembly is needed, our delivery team will assist at no extra charge.

Failed Deliveries / Re-delivery

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence, re-delivery can be scheduled but will incur an additional fee.
  • Please double-check your contact and address details before placing the order.

Important Notes

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Please inform us in advance if your building requires special access (e.g., no elevator, narrow staircase).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, political unrest, or strikes).
